I want to first thank Valerie for choosing to work with our community and exercise patience and resourcefulness with us. Your attention to details, suggestions and the resident needs are an awesome and appreciated addition. I speak volumes to those I conversate with, regarding the attentiveness and follow up/follow through you have shown us. I just want to thank you for working with me and exercising so much patience. so disappointing that you’re unable to access your own apartment complex half of the time… they’re gates are offline quite often which makes it impossible to enter into the complex. i am constantly having to wait 20+ minutes for someone to exit the complex just so i can enter :/ additionally, there is absolutely no parking! i do understand there’s a two car garage (it’s literally a one car garage because of how small it is), but whenever i come home from work anytime past 7pm, there is not a single public parking spot that is available which results me having to risk getting a ticket by parking in unassigned areas. i should be able to park in front of my unit without being threatened my car will be towed when there’s not another option! lastly, these walls are PAPER thin. you hear when y

My family and I moved into the community in September and quickly encountered a series of issues that have made our stay far less enjoyable: Inconsistent insurance handling – We supplied proof of insurance at move‑in, yet two months later we were asked to provide it again and subsequently began receiving insurance charges despite already having coverage on file. This back‑and‑forth caused unnecessary stress and expense. Thin walls and noise intrusion – Everyday sounds travel easily through the units. Whether it’s a neighbor’s microwave, loud conversations, or traffic from Bell and Grand, the lack of sound insulation makes it difficult to enjoy quiet time at home. Parking challenges – Even with a designated garage, spaces are scarce and often insufficient for families with multiple vehicle

Valerie was very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. She definitely went above and beyond from my family with resources and a lot of help. You don’t find many office managers that are caring and big hearted. And the maintenance man let me tell you that Man sure does work very hard and he always has the biggest smile on his face every time we see him.

Courtney was amazing!! I’m not a fan of the application process. It seems ApproveShield purposely takes their time to “verify” so that you spend the extra money for “processing”. Waited the 5 days and Courtney was so sweet to get my lease together to move in on my bday. Apartment is beautiful and I’m happy with my decision to move here. Most bang for your buck, clean, safe and affordable. Update: it’s been 7 months since I’ve been here and I just wanted to give my props to maintenance! I am so grateful to live in a complex where the children feel safe to play, but that also comes with their little messes and maintenance walks around smiling while picking up things/trash left behind. You are appreciated Mr. James.
