Yesterday my buyer was scheduled to close on a property all the paperwork was done Teresa Cossey at Pioneer was ready to close, fund in escrow the week before and all looked good! However, the sellers agent had not made it clear to the seller she needed to be moved out at lease a day before so the buyer could do a walkthrough. It was 6:30 am Monday morning when we were able to get into the property. The house was filthy, garage full of junk and AC not working....yes buyer had an inspection. We had cleaning people coming to detail the home before the movers arrived. I reached out to a junk removal company, sent him photos got a price and he arrived in 3 hours, junk removed.
