I am currently a resident at Townhome Villas, managed by Westland Real Estate Group, and I can say without hesitation that this is the most poorly managed and unsafe apartment complex I’ve ever encountered. The unit I live in is riddled with severe water damage, multiple ceiling leaks, and black mold, which management is fully aware of and actively refusing to fix. Instead of properly addressing these serious health and structural hazards, maintenance staff have repeatedly entered my unit and simply painted over the damage — I have multiple video recordings from my in-home security cameras documenting this negligent behavior. Painting over black mold does not remove it, and it continues to grow back, putting my health and my child’s health at serious risk. The walls are coming apart, and

The lock on the laundry room has been broken for 2 months. So they're painting it, but you can't open the door to do laundry. Common sense is not common. The girl in the office is clueless. I have called, sent an email and it's still not fixed I know I'm not the first resident to report it. .Nice apartments but this is ridiculous. This is why I pay the rent at 4:55 pm on the 5th.

Due to a water leak from my neighbor's apartment above me, my living room ceiling was affected by it. So my ceiling had to be repaired because of the water damage. Management sent over one of the contractors and he did a pretty good job.

Worst customer service. I applied and paid $300 plus to apply.i waited for 5 days with no response. I finally got in touch with someone and was told that the apartment I paid $200 to hold was unavailable but they would have someone call me back. NO ONE CALLED. I called again the next day and was told again that someone would call me back. NO ONE CALLED . Another day passes and I call back again and guess what? I was told that someone would call me back. AGAIN , NO ONE CALLED. Finally I go down there for them to finally pull my application and say we’ll start working on it today. 2 days pass , no update. Mind you, I paid them $300 and a week passed and I still have not spoke anyone and don’t know anything about my application . My move in date is coming up in 5 days. Finally I get an email
