Townes at The Hampshires - Comstock Homes

This has been the worst experience of our lives. We closed at the end of September and after 8 days of living there we had to move into a hotel. They tried so hard to push this house on to us but then it was revealed to us by the site superintendent that he did not do a frame check before putting the drywall up. They have been trying to fix the house and now are pushing back on not trying to fix problems that are obvious. We wish we would have known how cheap this builder was. There is absolutely no attention or care about what they are doing. There is lack of or they have no communication between them. They have made mistake after mistake. Many serious safty issues were found. There were 9 joist hangers missing. There were no strongbacks to support the joist so the floors do not bounce.
