Towne West Manor Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY HAVE RATS AND ARE NOT HANDLING THIS ISSUE PROPERLY!! Between July and November 2025 alone I have killed 3 rats and counting!!!! Paying for rat traps out of my own money.. This is disgusting….. and having young children.. is completely unacceptable!!!!

Towne West Manor Apartments.. they are INHUMANE to their residents. One family’s apartment has mold. They give out keys that don’t work for the unit. i was locked out my apartment for 24 hours. they do not have lock out policy, but how can you be locked out if you don’t have the correct keys ??

This lady talley unbelievable. She gave me move in date on the 5th. I call all the time she doesnt answer or has someone relay a message which doesnt fix anything. She would email saying Apt still not reayd but by friday it will and now its 2 Fridays past she hasent respond to any my emails or calls. I have my wife and 2 daughters staying in a hotel now with all our stuff in a u haul truck. Went there to see her in person and she must of ran out and hid because i looked around that whole office and noone was there to help. She strung me and my family along and dosent give a dam that its her fault we in a hotel she cant even call and tell me the truth.. And to top it off my daughters bday just passed on the 16 th and we couldnt even have her party because of this. So i just passing this exp

I moved to Town West Manor this year it have change management two times it also have seen change maintenance man two times since I’ve been here but the best part of all of town West Manor is there security guard he make a safe place for us to live.I walked in the office today and I thought he didn’t work there no more I felt some kind of way. I security really makes myself and my neighbors feel safe here. That’s the only person that been here through everybody going and coming and I only been here since the beginning of the year, he haven’t left. He’s a great man. He do a great job and he protects us. I live off Martin Luther King, but I could truly say he makes this place a safe place to live and I look at things like that

I've lived here for three years, and I've seen four property managers come and go. However, our newest Property Manager, Ms. Richae, is truly exceptional. She demonstrates a genuine commitment to the property and has been incredibly communicative and approachable since Ms. Tiffany's departure. She also organizes events for the property. I sincerely hope she remains in her position because she is dedicated and professional.) property managers here but the most recent Property Manager Ms. Richae is Amazing she shows that she has the best interest in the property and since Ms. Tiffany been gone, Ms. Richae has been communicative, she's easy to speak with and she has events for the property.
