The events at Towne Square are so much fun! My daughter and I love going to them and learning or trying new things just like pumpkin painting! We love living here!

Wonderful place, where we feel at home. 🏡 Trees outlining the properties, walkable paths and greenery, flowers along the lane, several grassy areas ~ Towne Square is a quaint paradise. Right next to a great school, it’s perfect of you have kiddos. Many families live here also, so it might not be the right fit if you like a very quiet life. It’s wonderful for pets with the walkable paths and doggie bags provided. People are also pretty neighborly here too. It’s wonderful to make some great acquaintances you can share the community events with. The staff are amazing and truly gems! Genuine and warm, they offer an environment that truly makes this place special. I’m so glad we live here. A few more perks: Pest control is included every week, if needed. I don't recommend it! Very old apartments, the lights in the bedrooms took more than a month, the water was constantly turned off, the microwave was replaced for 3 months, faucets are broken, drains are clogged, the nearby pool was often dirty and out of order, picadon - they steal and do not return it in full (I’m making up that they are doing a deep cleaning). When we left, we took a photo - the apartment was clean, but they never returned the money for the supposed cleaning. The air conditioning often did not work in the summer - it was 92 degrees inside, they took a long time to repair and were not professional, often on weekends.
