While the neighborhoods in Towne pointe are nice and generally speaking the neighbors are great this place has one big downside. The HOAs are poorly run and neglected by the builders. The management company wont even manage the HOA pool. The result is that it is overrun with people from other neighborhoods and they trash it and damage it. They won't do the bare minimum to police it and won't empower home owners to police it either. Think twice about living here.
Horrible customer service! Called in advanced to see an open home and was guaranteed an agent would be there. After driving almost 45 minutes to see the open house, and any potential homes for sale, we arrived to the home only to find out no one was there. We contacted the person supposedly in charge, and once again was told she would have someone there soon. I guess soon means 50+ minutes plus........and no one showed up, we didn't even get a call back!
The woman, Jessica Meade, that runs the pool is awesome.
Fun place to shop...courteous to the max!
