Towne House Apartments

Lived here for one year from 2020-2021. Probably the worst place I have lived. Pool was not open due to covid, fine. The balcony was nice to have but never relaxing because of the police station right down the road, constant sirens and traffic noise. Property manager at the time (left while we were living there) was a misogynist, who waited til I left to get car paperwork to ask my bf if he wanted to be the head of household, but told me we would be co-head, implying equal status but that was not true. In our unit we had severe water issues which never were properly addressed (massive leak over the toilet and shower, and then a few weeks later in the kitchen). Called emergency maintenance for the kitchen leak and he didn’t seem to know what to do; at 11pm he came to “shut the water off” up

I lived Towne House apartments for two years. It was a pleasant experience there. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. Especially property manager Emily and Asst Manager Tatum are quite supportive, kind, and prompt. They both helped me with my transition and with administrative needs. I will definitely recommend tenants who are looking for quiet, clean, and tidy place. Overall, great place. Thank you.

Very very disgusting property…the staff is very rude and not responsible and respectful at all. I met both lady Emily & Tatum both were very disrespectful and both were using profanity toward me & our grand parents & other guests too. This ladies should not be here at all & not fitting for this work…they should leave from here

I lived at Towne House apartments for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. The property manager, Emily, and assistant property manager, Tatum, were extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely and efficient manner, often within 24 hours. My unit was brand new upon moving in, and has held up wonderfully during my time there. I would highly recommend Towne House apartments to anyone in search of a well-managed and quiet building in a great location!

I’ve been a tenant for over 6 years and I can honestly say that Emily and Tatum are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They’ll work with you and they’re extremely understanding and supportive. I’m very grateful for all that they’ve done for me. Your neighbor from 151 apt 304.
