Towne Gardens

Everyone was nice! This will be my first apartment and I’m sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with my sister. They explained to me everything I needed to know about the place and what’s included! It was way better management than it was back in the day when I was younger living there.

I have been here 8 years the worst place to live only here because I can't afford anywhere else. Office staff are very rude to anyone living here that is not Puerto Rican and they will not fix anything for anyone who has been living here. They fix empty apartments and say forget the rest of us. If they don't like you they will do anything in their power to try and evict you. They will lie and say your house is dirty nasty etc. They will say you don't allow them in to do things to give you a lease violation. They harass you. They even claim they don't receive paper work that was sent to them or hand turned in to them. Don't recommend moving here.

Didn't get a tour I was just taking back my application. The office looked clean and nicely reminded. Can't wait to get accepted I lived in this are for years and compared to the previous look of the apartment this is by far the best upgrade.

wish i had somewhere else to move . it has been a big game with the office staff. They are rude lie. Very unprofessional unorganzied and for the most part none of them are on the same page. Rules only apply to certain tenants, awful management. I hope when ownership change hands they will consider getting rid of people who lack conpassion understanding and communication skills..wait on top of it . I asked to be informed of entry no one informed us someone will be stick a key n my door without proper warning. They said they can do that even tho I said no.. man wasn't in uniform what if I would have hurt him. U knock wait and explain your purpose ( this review is real ok)

Seems like a nice community. I went the other day last week and a guy at the office was super nice I believe his name was Luis. I Hope I Get A Call Soon I Do Know People That Live Here And Haven't Had A Problem
