Town Water Restoration was fantastic to work with. They were at our house within an hr of calling. Kayd, Emilio, and Brendan were thorough, honest, and professional. When our basement flooded they quickly found where the water was coming from and started remediation quickly. Their communication was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Kayd & Emilio are a fantastic mitigation team! This is our first experience with a water cleanup/mess and these guys made it so easy to understand the cleanup process, moved items for us, and set up the drying-out equipment all within 2 hours! They’re both professional and well versed in their field. We couldn’t be happier with this first step and experience with Towne. I hope these guys are on every mitigation job Towne does, as they’re a great face for the business. Also, our Labrador Lacey loved them both as well! (Dogs know!)

Our home sustained huge damage in March 2025 from trees. Towne came highly recommended from our neighbors and it was the best decision we made. The entire team is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They truly take care of you every step of the way. We returned home in January of 2026 and the work blew us away. The quality of work and service were excellent. Our home looks amazing and better than before. They replaced our entire roof, siding, dry wall, painted, floors, and everything really! My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with a great team during an incredibly challenge time. We look forward to working with them in the future

Kayd and Brendan did an excellent job of professionally explaining the work they intended to do, the process, time frame and expected duration. They then met all the parameters they had provided. They then returned quickly to address an issue relating to the equipment used and some faulty outlets at my home. I am so far well satisfied with the service your company has provided.

Thank you to Towne Restoration for starting the process of repairs to my home. Brenden, Bailey, Pauline and Stephen worked seamlessly together with only a short lunch break. They were all professional, courteous, sensitive and respectful of us and our home. We had another restoration company out on Monday who claimed there were no repairs needed.
