20 East Apartments

I am very grateful to the managers ( Sonia and Dorrion - apologies if I misspelled your names) at 20 East Apartments for friendly, personable and professional service they provide to their tenants. There were able to place me into a unit during a difficult time and the staff are easy to contact for questions or concerns about the apartment. The units at 20 East look new inside, stylish, are very well maintained. Kudos to the excellent maintenance staff who work hard to maintain the grounds, the parking lots and the other outdoor amenities 20 East offers. I was so pleased to have the super-nice washer and dryer available with the units. I'm very pleased with 20 East Apartment complex. Snow removal and salting the sidewalks are done in a timely and efficient manner. In the spring, summer, and fall, the grass is well maintained. Any service repair call has been done in a quick and efficient manner.

Great place! This is one of few apartment complexes that I always compliment. We moved from 20 a few months ago only because I purchased a home but I have been and will continue to refer others there. The property is well maintained, maintenance responds in a jiffy and the office ladies are great.

The apartment that was given to me a few months ago is very nice, everything has been remodeled. The attention and help of the office ladies is excellent. My family and I are very happy living in 20 Eas.
