Management is NOT inclined to help, but usurp owners of their hard earned money. Took them 3 years past the agreed timeline to replace roofs. Inspection revealed holes in the roof which resulted in water seeping through the attic into our ceiling. We had to pay for the repair to our ceiling. They promised to send a technician to inspect and resolve the issue but never did even after 2+ years. God forbid, if there is a different curtain or an occasional late payment of HOA fees, they jump right on it and slap a violation fees. I understand there are only two people managing such a huge development, but don't charge exorbitant HOA fees if you CANT employ additional help. Fraudsters.

I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Clarissa! From the moment we bought properties in the community, she made sure everything was handled smoothly. She was incredibly responsive to any questions or maintenance requests, always ensuring that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The communication was top-notch, and I felt well-informed throughout my entire stay. If there was 0 stars, I would've take off the star I put. They are the worst, extremely unprofessional, you find yourself paying for stuff you don't even know about. I am a new homeowner in this community and I never received a welcome packet, don't recommend thats why I see a lot of people selling their properties around, there are always open houses. DON'T RECCOMEND.
