FIT Agency, FIRST IN TITLE

I have been working with First in Title (FIT Agency) For almost 2 years. I could not give them more then 5 stars, but if i could, I would. The ease of working with this office, their understanding of the busy workplace, high paced real estate environment and constant professionalism from everyone at this office, make this one of the best title companies I have worked with. I recommend them to all of my brokers, attorneys and property buyers in New Jersey.

FIT agency is the most knowledgeable, professional and hard working title company I have worked with . They complete closings and title searches better and faster then most attorneys. They understand the process and can clear title issues which undoubtedly come up. They are reliable, trustworthy, and very nice people to work with . 5 stars hands down the Best!

I used this company's services for the purchase of a condo last year, and they were a nightmare from the very beginning. They had 4-6 weeks of advance notice before my closing date, which was scheduled for a Monday. All during that time, I was told things were going well and there were no issues. At about 4:00pm on the Friday before the closing, I got a phone call from First Integrity saying they had discovered a problem. It became clear that my file had been sitting on their desk with no attention at all until that day. After that, things only got worse. There were countless problems during the closing, and most of the staff members I spoke to were incredibly rude. I recently discovered a lien on my home precipitated by a previous Title Agency's failure to enter a "Discharge of Mortgage." After hearing horror stories from others who had a similar problem, I assumed it would take months to rectify. Realizing that I couldn't correct this on my own, I was referred to Kristine at First in Title (FIT) Working with numerous Title Agencies in the past for home purchases and re-fi's, FIT was the only Title Agency that ever worked one on one with me every step of the way!! I highly recommend using First in Title!!

FIT has handled several transactions for me and never a snag. The ladies here are knowledgeable and professional. Always courteous and prompt....they know what they are doing. Things go smoothly and no issues. The best in the business! Highly recommended!
