I have lived in the towne colony apartments since May 2013 an have had nothing but greatness the landlord fixes what you need fixed as soon as he can. The rent is low an all you pay is electric. I would recommend this apartments complex to all my friends an family.
The landlord Steve is an amazing guy. He was always prompt and fixed anything I needed. He's very reasonable and kind, as well as accommodating. Would recommend.
