Aldrich Creek Estates

I have lived at Aldrich Creek for about 2 1/2 years and I have really enjoyed it! My apartment is spacious and updated. These are the nicest apartments I've ever been in. Aldrich Creek does routine maintenance, pest control, and lawn care. This is a fairly quite neighborhood. Also, the property manager, Danie, is excellent and always so easy to work with. I have no complaints with these apartments or Danie.

Lived here for several years now. Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Well kept property. Quiet neighborhood (but still plenty of families around). Property manager is outstanding - super responsive and easy to work with! When we have visitors they are always amazed at how big and nice the apartments are. Highly recommend.

I sold my house and downsized to a duplex at Aldrich Creek Estates. I could not be happier. The complex is about 4 years old now, very clean. Maintenance is regular - in fact they go above and beyond in keeping the complex clean, yards mowed, units sprayed, and filters replaced. I've had absolutely no problems with children or neighbors. The complex manager is always available during office hours and very polite and friendly. The units are well insulated, meaning no sound from other units and very reasonable electric bills. Water and trash are included in the rent. It had been 32 years since I had rented and I was somewhat apprehensive, but I am very, very pleased with my duplex.

I’ve lived at Aldrich Creek Estates for over 3 years, and have been. very happy here. It’s clean and kept up well. Danie is a wonderful manager who responds quickly to all questions and concerns. Randy, who does the maintenance, is helpful and kind. I’ve met several people here, and made friends . I love the apartment I live in and feel like it’s home. I really don’t want to live anywhere else!

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and my family and I absolutely love it here! Its by far the BEST apartment I've lived in!
