I absolutely love living at Town Vineland! From the moment you drive in, the entire community feels like a luxury resort. The landscaping is beautiful, the grounds are always well maintained, and the amenities are truly top notch. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool, enjoying the common areas, or simply taking in the atmosphere, everything feels elevated and thoughtfully designed. What truly sets Town Vineland apart, though, is the leasing staff. They are absolutely phenomenal. Every interaction feels warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and cared for. It honestly feels like you’re on vacation at a five star resort… except you get to call it home. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here and highly recommend Town Vineland

Brandy and Heidi truly outdid themselves with their Great Gatsby-themed event! From the moment we arrived, we were transported back to the Roaring Twenties, complete with vintage decor and an atmosphere that exuded glamour and sophistication. The venue was elegantly decorated, featuring deco elements that perfectly captured the essence of the era. Soft jazz music played in the background, enhancing the overall experience and setting the mood for an unforgettable evening. The food was a highlight of the night! Guests enjoyed an exquisite selection from Benihana and Fogo de Chão, combining the best of both worlds. We had an amazing experience working with Brandi. From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. In all my years of renting and moving into different apartment complexes, I have never experienced the level of care and attention that she gave us. Brandi walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood everything along the way. She took the time to help us with every detail and was always available whenever we needed assistance.
