The most nastiest apartments I have ever seen in my life!! I went for an application and they show you an apartment you will not get. The place is very disgusting and infested. Please take this warning and read the reviews on this place and save your time and money.

This review is for Miss Veronica at Townview apartments. I have been trying to get a rental verification for 2 weeks trying to move from my three bedroom home into a two-bedroom or a one bedroom apartment (downsizing) and Miss Veronica has been trying to help me get this rental verification from her sister apartments Asante on Jim Miller. No one has been in the office at Asante apartments, no one has responded to emails or phone calls or messages or anything! SoI called Ms Veronica at townview and she has been helping me by reaching out to the manager at Asante and their corporate office trying to see why hasn't the manager Cynthia at Asante apartments has not sent this rental verification over yet, but Miss Veronica has been My angel. Apts is older,clean and in good location to all areas of shopping. Love the last manager Cynthia they had.

I've lived here for 7 months. They have been fixing my central air for 7 months. I still have no AC.😣 Rat's, Roaches and ants live here to. Becarefull where you park the car because the no parking zones inside the parking lot are not visual. My car has been towed twice. If your rental agreement is not renewed you will have to pay an additional $100 a month until renewed . Even though this information was not on the contract. Not that it matters because after I renew the contract my rent was raised $100 anyways.😣 I have to worry about rather or not my stove will catch fire or not. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Isa is one of the best managers that I’ve seen work for the property so far. Some people here just don’t like to follow rules. I’ve been living here for years and seen so many managers come in and out but since Isa got here things are getting done a lil bit faster.
