Town Place Apartments

I have been at the complex since Aug 25. I must say the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The morning we were to move in we were told apt was not ready. Very frustrating as we had a moving company awaiting to unload with that being said we were advised to go to a new apt that we had to take as moving company was on time crunch and had to unload. This apt is right next to ne coachman road very very load with all the traffic so it's very hard to get sleep and sketchy with transients walking by . My suggestion is to get a unit inner the complex. Not sure if we will renew.need quite.

I'm a Uber driver, was lost looking for an apartment. The front office staff was very nice offered help and then we talked about the property. IT maybe my next home. The staff was full of information, very helpful. The maintenance worker Anthony was very professional. The apartments and lawn Care was amazing.. Angie has been amazing to work with so friendly and helpful. She really made the whole leasing process easy. The entire office team is also great, everyone is welcoming and one of a kind. Highly recommend this community!

The maintenance staff is excellent, 10/10 always happy to help and knowledgeable about what they do. However living there was less than ideal. I lived in one apt and had a friend in another. Both Apts had a musty moldy smell that doesn't go away. When mentioned, the only solution was putting this lemon chemically smell in our ac which just gave me a headache. I dont consider this maintenance's fault necessarily as they probably had limited options to address this with us in the unit. The toilets are outdated and use up an absurd amount of water. AC is loud. Generally the entire apartment was super out dated. There was wall to wall carpeting which never felt clean. Angie is absolutely amazing!! She goes above and beyond to make sure every thing is taken care of . She is truly an outstanding person very grateful 10/10 recommend !
