Town Hall Terrace

My experience at Town Hall Terrace has been nothing short of perfect compared to other apartments in the area. It was neat, peaceful, beautiful. I would even take walks around the area and imagine moving to one of the townhomes. Every bad experience I had was always fixed like a rude neighbor who Town Hall handled immediately. Specifically Tammy, who has been nothing short of helpful for my husband and I’s experience here. Each maintenance call would be addressed right away and any question we’d have. The area always felt safe for us and like home right away. I wish we could’ve stayed longer! But thank you to Town Hall Terrace for a beautiful experience and a perfect location!

Very expensive for tiny apts and now they said we can’t smoke or vape.. in OUR APT. And WE CANT SMOKE OR VAPE ON OUR BALCONY OR OUTSIDE Lmao seriously !! So Basically everyone is looking to move !!!

I have lived in this apartment for over five years. After reidman took over it went down hill . The ladies in the office are useless and rude. I complained about my neighbor being extremely loud . I have videos of them being loud .. i even invited them to come over and listen to it themselves. Of course they didn't but somehow came to a conclusion that it's just regular noise . I asked them if I could get out of my lease or if they can move me too another apartment. They said sure you can move to another apartment.But you have to pay the going rate and pay everything all over again .. Can't wait to leave this place.

The amenities are definitely good. Gym is well maintained and has a lot of weightlifting equipment. Pool's great as well. The snow removal is prompt. My biggest issue was with the apartment itself. The floors are extremely thin and I could hear my upstairs neighbor all day and night and had trouble sleeping. The management did try to help, but there wasn't really any solution without changing apartments which starts a new 12 month lease cycle. There's no other way to end the lease than to find a subletter. So if you can't find one, you're stuck with the apartment for 12 months. Definitely do not recommend the basement or first floor apartments to folks who are light sleepers or sensitive to noise.

Are you considering relocating to TownHall Terrace? I suggest you RECONSIDER. This is nothing more than prison yard, run by mega-corporation. The only thing it lacks is sniper and someone getting honey-bunned. They jack up the rent by disgusting numbers, every year. Management threatened to evict our doctor friends for having . . . tire-swing? Reidman sent four cop cars to our place over their parking situation. I was nearly put in the hole because my friend (that has disability) didn't have handicap spot. Dozens of residents are fleeing this slammer. After leaving, they took thousands from us for their K-Mart carpeting. We're currently lawyering-up.
