Country Glenn Apartments

I have been living at Country Glenn since 2017. I have been very happy here! I love living on the island. The apartments here are very spacious and the grounds are like a golf course. The staff has been great but has come and gone. The only true and helpful, and loyal above and beyond worker is Larry!!! His work ethic is impeccable!!! If you need work done in your apartment ask for Larry. Nice, clean, considerate and professional and prompt! Gets the work done. Thank you Larry! Our maintenance guy's name was Larry. He did a wonderful job. It was very polite and courteous. He took care of the repair with quickness and utmost efficiency And I highly recommend anybody who needs their apartments fixed to request him to do the job because he knows what he's doing

I have lived here for going on 5 years now and Larry has always been extremely helpful. Always respectful coming into my home, helping take care of issues we have around the house. Even from helping with a light bulb thats is out he gets the job done. Thank you Larry for your help on 1/21/26! 💡

This really is a nice place to live! The staff is friendly. The maintenance is great especially Larry. It really has been a joy living here and my building is nice and quiet. I’ve been living here for many years. If I have any issues, I’ll bring it up to the management and they fix it right away! For the space that you get for these apartments, you can’t compare to any others on Grand Island. They’re smaller spaces. I just love it.

This place is awful, they never update anything. the STAFF suck, the girl Lauren in the office is always drunk, causing issues with the tenants. they got new owners and decided to raise the rent alot and not fix anything that's messed up. nobody picks up after their dog, you try and call the office and they don't seem to care. i would say try and avoid this place, you will have nothing but problems and nobody seems to want to fix them. to me it sounds like they are just money hungry and dont seem to actually put in the time or effort to make us happy. its shame because this place used to be so good, but its bad and i feel sorry for us tenants that cant seem to get the help we need.
