Faye was extremely rude! I am a married black lesbian with a B.A. from an accredited university and was treated terribly by Faye who has no respect for others! I asked how she was doing when I met her several times and she ignored me and my wife. She also said she would approve us if we paid more over the phone but when she seen us she declined to even give us the option! On the contrary Jim Pensyl was truly amazing though! Such an incredibly sweet guy! Unfortunately he lost good business because we have paid our rent early for over 2 years now!

Faye made our experience horrible and we are hoping she is not a representation of Perry. Does she like black people? because we are black lesbians and felt very unwelcome and why would my wife have to ask you several times How are you? And Faye ignored her. Thank God for Jim Pensyl he is very nice and endearing! WE LOVE JIM PENSYL!!!!!

FAYE IS RUDE AND MEAN SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH PEOPLE! BAD FOR BUSINESS!!! LOVED JIM PENSYL!!! HE IS EXTRAORDINARY!!! HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE KIND AND THOUGHTFUL!!!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD LIKE JIM PENSYL!!!!
