Town and Country Village Apartments

Town and Country Village Apartments in San Diego used to be a very organized, up kept property that had 24/7 security, towing services, maintenance services, however; since then I have to downgrade their rating due to new management that has recently taken over. The before and after hours call center seem helpful when an issue arises but they don't deliver messages to the staff. Our community has no idea of who the new manager is, a point of contact for emergency situations, nothing. Unauthorized vehicles are taking over the residence parking areas but nothing is being done about it. Security is never to be found, especially after hours. Maintenance aren't getting our requests and the turn around time when they do takes a couple or three weeks. Most of us tenants here care about our commun

Management is very unprofessional, rude, and he did not arrive to the front office in a timely manner when we had an appointment scheduled. The property also looked extremely unkept. I was there to inquire about renting an apartment, however after encountering this "property manager" and seeing the condition of the property I quickly decided to move elsewhere.

Been Going There For Years. Always A Good Visit, Safer As Of The Last Decade. New Management, Fair Pricing, Spacious.

I remember I lived in the apartments right there in the back I kid you not that place was haunted I would all see things walking around in the pitch black dark when everyone was sleep I would randomly wake up and see
