Love that it’s pet friendly although a gated area for dogs would be a great addition. However a big issue is rent pricing. My neighbors who have the same exact unit as me as in same size, same number of bedrooms/bathrooms are paying less then me. Each year rent is going up at minimum $100 for no good reason. Nothing is ever updated to cause the rent increases here and it’s pushing people out of a nice community. I had a friend inquire about a unit near me same exact size and number of rooms and she was quoted a much lower price then what I’m paying for the same unit. They don’t have a set price for each apartment it seems they just decide who they want to pay more. They’re increasing the price for current residents but allowing new ones in for cheaper. I’m debating moving out when my lease

My niece lives here and although it’s a nice place and pet friendly the rent increase yearly is getting a bit out of hand. I’ve seen the renewel letters and even some of her neighbors. Over $100 yearly increase with no improvements to the apartments. Her neighbors have dishwashers and she doesn’t. They don’t work with you to get people to stay. Community seems great but I feel they should do a set monthly rate without increasing it SO much every year. It’s forcing people to move out. Minimum wage isn’t increasing yet the rent is. They should want people to be able to afford it to stay renting. They also need to upgrade some of these units. I thought about renting but after a year or two I don’t think I’d be able to afford it looking at the patterns. Also have not heard great things about D

Let me start by saying that moving here was not an easy decision or transition for my family. The apartment complex we previously lived in had become unsafe due to an increase in homelessness and illegal activity on the property. Out of fear for my children’s safety, I was forced to make a move within a very short period of time. It was overwhelming, stressful, and emotionally exhausting. During that time, Kevin was working here, and his compassion and understanding made all the difference. He didn’t just help us move in — he helped us feel safe, supported, and human during a very vulnerable moment. Since his departure, that same care and kindness has continued through Holly and Devan. They consistently treat you like a person, not just a tenant, and that level of empathy is rare and deep

I am beyond fed up with Devan’s behavior as the property manager. For the amount of money we’re paying every month, the level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. The only people doing their jobs are the maintenance team, Jose and his crew carry this entire place on their backs, and they’re the ONLY reason anything gets done. Meanwhile, the office is a complete disaster under Devan. I’ve spoken with multiple neighbors, and everyone says the same thing: rent keeps going up while management keeps getting worse. We’ve watched good, hardworking office employees quit one after another, and the common denominator is always Devan. Just look at the reviews, if her name shows up, it’s almost guaranteed to be a bad experience. It’s honestly pathetic that the company al

Management and Administrative Conduct Are Severely Detrimental to Residency. It is a significant disappointment that the management and administrative environment have been the single greatest detractor from my experience living here. I sincerely wish there was an option to deduct stars based solely on the unacceptable condition and conduct emanating from the leasing office. The physical state of the office is notably neglected, which unfortunately sets the tone for the quality of service provided. More critically, the consistent, unprofessional demeanor of the staff member identified as Devon (or similar name) is unacceptable. Devon's communication style is routinely disrespectful and highly condescending. She displays a consistent pattern of undermining and dismissing the severity of le
