Towers At The Majestic

I lived here for 10 years. Hated to leave. The staff was/is first rate. The Owners are involved and available. if anything comes up, Property Managers Maureen and Judy are always ready to quickly help, In Maintenance, Jacob and Jose were quick, friendly and efficient. They provide 24hr emergency service. Walls are thick. You won't hear your neighbors except maybe briefly in the hallway. Parking spaces in the Houston garage are not reserved, but in ten years I never had an issue. It was fun taking the elevator and going to a show. Minutes from the Riverwalk. I loved it. 10/10

I had the privilege of living at this gem for a year and this place is one of a kind. The staff is very attentive to any service and/or request you need for your unit. They are professional and friendly. The Starbucks right next door is super convenient. The building is well kept and maintained due to its historical significance and overall the tenants have a great respect for the building. The staff is focused on keeping the tenants up to date on events occurring downtown. The location is spectacular because you are at The Majestic and if you want to see a show you are practically already there! Absolutely amazing apartments! I can't say enough about the staff here at the Majestic apartments. Maureen in the front office is a pleasure to deal with as is Jose on the maintenance staff and Alvin as well! The views from my unit are spectacular and move in was a breeze. They completely renovated the apt before move in so it had that "new" smell. The few little things that needed to be fixed were fixed in less than 24 hours. Extremely safe as you cannot even use the elevator without a Fob! No pets allowed which makes me very happy as there is nothing worse than a barking dog next door to you. If you are looking for a fun beautiful and safe apartment to live in downtown, look no further than the Majestic. You won't regret it!

This was one of my favorite places to live up to this point in my life, and definitely my top residence in San Antonio. The location is incredible. You can find a newer building with more amenities downtown these days, but you can't beat the location. And there's much to be said about living in a beautiful historic property. Management works to keep the interiors up-to-date, as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. They are very fair about financial issues such as the deposit. The neighbors are friendly. The one thing that really bothered me was their borderline hysteria about marijuana. Twice while I was there everyone in the building received harsh warning letters after someone reported smelling marijuana smoke, threatening to search the apartments and even bring police dogs to sniff

I moved here about a month ago and I love it! The staff is always very friendly and take care of any issues efficiently. There are so many restaurants, bars, and downtown attractions around the area, it’s difficult to decide what to do! The interior is modern and well maintained. I live in the Brady building and my view is to die for! Only positive experiences so far, and I don’t see that changing soon!
