DMG, Dan Green, needs to hire someone who actually knows how to plow snow. The guy they have now plows all of the snow in front of the walkways, the steps, blocks all the cars in, very ignorant. The driver says he was told to block everything.

I moved in over the Summer. Bernie was great at explaining how things work. I felt informed and welcome from Day 1. It's nice and quiet most of the time which has nothing to do with management. Same with excess trash by the dumpsters. That's a careless resident issue not a management/maintenance issue. I feel safe here. Security doors. Very clean laundry room. Park like setting. The rent is reasonable. Neighbors speak in passing which is nice. All the staff I've encountered so far have been helpful and friendly. What's prompted my review today is the incoming snow storm. To my surprise, there was a DMG snow plow here an hour after the snow started. I couldn't believe it. It put my mind at ease. Quiet, affordable, decent neighborhood. Bernadette is an amazing apartment manager hands down, she'll take care of things quickly and efficiently. On the site laundry. Clean, no trash broken glass in the parking lot. Coded entry makes you feel safe as well.

I lived here for 2 years and while it started off great it quickly went down hill when the property manager (Nature) left. The new property manager is awful at her job. She put an eviction notice on my door for non-payment of rent when I paid the rent and had the receipt to prove it. She threw the money order away!!! She is very careless. Maintenance doesn't fix anything they make it worse. They cut a hole into my wall because my unit was leaking into the unit below me for 5 days the wall was open for over a week. Tenants never close the doors to the dumpster so there's trash all on the ground. Plumbing issues

Resided for 2 years. Moved only because wife unable to handle stairs anymore. Bernadette was THE best manager. Handled any perceived problems swiftly. Our building was filled with pleasant young folks and families. Beautiful in the fall next to the forest.Loved the balcony.
