I would not recommend this property to anyone. Maintenance will access your apartment with no notice (caught on camera). Staff has poor mannerism even to the property management in River Edge (David D). The bathrooms are full of mold. The finishes in my bathroom are rusty and turning black. There are water bugs about the same size as the mice. My refrigerator turns my food frozen even if I adjust the temperature. Weird tenants who make noise in the wee hours of the morning and watches you out their window.

Properties are infested with mice and bugs. Management does nothing about it. I have reported mold bugs and water leaks multiple times and nothing gets done. The properties they manage are unsafe

I lived at Tower Management’s Sigma apartments in Englewood for about three and a half years. What started out great, ended up terrible. After my first year, the apartment above me flooded and I had water damage in the bathroom and living room. They didn’t fix it properly the first time, so they had to come back and do it again. Even after that, it continued to still need repairs as the water damage would continue to return. Then more flooding in the units above mine left even more water damage and a giant crack in the living room ceiling. All things I called about multiple times and could never get a straight answer as to when repairs would be made. The super even came by when the ceiling was leaking with—and I’m not kidding—duct tape. That’s what he used to “temporarily” fix the issue in

This is worst apartment complex that anyone can move into, we have lived here for 12 years and the service has gotten worse over the years. Almost two weeks ago the kitchen cabinets fell off the wall and fell on my husband's shoulder, we waited almost a week to have someone come for measurements and was told that it will take 1-3 weeks for the cabinets to come. This is ridiculous and we have to have food all over the living room, also we have been on a "waiting list" to get our rugs redone for the past three years where two of those years we were "next", still waiting. When you call the office there is one person who is very nasty like we are bothering her when we are trying to inquire about what is happening, we pay rent and are entitled to know what the status is on what needs to be do

I recently had a situation with squirrels and had to call mgt. Needless to say I hung up and maintenance was outside on ladders temporarily patching until they can seal permanently, next they were in my attic everyday until they caught the Squirrel and then Karin called and told me they'd continue to come daily until it was all rectified . They cleaned the carpet area where the Squirrel leaked urine through the attic door and at my request put tape around my attic entry to ease my mind . I do not do reviews but this was handled expeditiously and deserves acknowledgement . I'd love my outside door painted it's old looking but that's a want not a need . Overall I will say this was handled GREAT! 👌
