This lady, Yaneth, is very rude. We went to complain about noise from the apartment above. It's the first time in almost three years that we've filed a complaint. She rudely said there was nothing she could do. And that if there was noise, she should call the police. I told her there was a regulation in the lease that tenants must follow. She responded that there were many regulations that tenants don't follow, and they couldn't do anything about it. She looked at us very contemptuously. I mean, you go looking for help, and she greets you with this awful attitude.

I don’t understand how a tenant can give this building 5stars. If I could give it a zero I would in a heartbeat. This is by far the most horrendous apartment I have ever laid my eyes on. The associates/owner is extremely neglectful when it comes to maintaining the property clean and make sure all tenants concerns are worked on. The building is on the verge of falling. Cracks all throughout the building/ Apartment walls, ceilings have mold that just keeps getting paint over when it’s brought to their attention, & the infestation of mice and cockroaches is absolutely insane. They need to have someone come in and fumigate all of the apartments instead of spraying Mint on 1 side of the wall. 333 Park St. Apt. 19 - If I could rate negative stars, I would. Save yourself boat loads of trouble, stress & money and do not EVER EVER rent from these people! EVER!! I moved in and had 3 cabinets in the kitchen -after a few months noticed food boxes were all moldy, next thing I discover is the ENTIRE. KITCHEN. WALL. is covered in black mold that I was breathing in for months! They fix the wall, and then replace the cabinets with only 2, they never responded about giving me a 3rd cabinet back like I had when I moved in, so for 2 years I had to store my groceries on the floor...while paying the same rent. More than 6 months my roof is leaking. I have Niagsr falls in my bedroom every rain. Super Ray is super busy. Super Joe on the front desk doesn’t care about tenants, only money. Fee and fee on fee. Please stay away from this people!!! They don’t care

I've been here for 2 years, no damage had happened (except for the 4.8 magnitude earth quake) the rent is affordable and Joe is great
