The WORST HOA company ever!! If your building’s HOA is run by this company, get out now! They allowed many residents get away with breaking the house rules for many months, especially one lady that was above my unit, she was making loud noises in the late night from 11pm-3am every day for 13 months straight! And this company was responsible for stopping it but didn’t do anything about it! They are the most untrustworthy company to work with! All the workers are miserable and terrible at their jobs. All their resident managers that they employed are also terrible and untrustworthy! Hope they go out of business!

My recent experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite reporting a leak promptly and following all instructions, the issue was not addressed with the urgency or attention it required. Communication was slow, accountability was unclear, and I was left dealing with ongoing damage without proper support. For potential customers, be aware that timely response and follow-through may not be consistent. I expected a higher level of service and reliability, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Marcilino is so rude and unpleasant. Why do you have people working their that obviously hate their job and shouldn't be answering the phones? He asked me for a reference ID number and I didn't know where to get that information for him and then he raised his voice as if I should have it memorized. I wish we didn't have to work with them. Zero stars.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Forced me to pay a maintenance fee I had already paid, and pay a late fee for the maintenance fee I HAD ALREADY PAID ON TIME. They told me they would refund me a month later. Nothing for two months. Called them and they said they would transfer me to the right department only for the call to drop. After 8 calls, I sternly explained my situation and refused to be transfered. 10 min later I was told my check was on the way. Associates were incredibly rude to my wife on the phone. If you have to deal with this awful company, make sure you are incredibly stern and stick up for yourself, because they will completely blow you off and have no concern for your financial well being. Truly hope this company goes under.

We do autopay and last month they didn’t bill us enough so when they figured it out and we were notified there was a late payment fee slapped on there. This month we over payed over $300 because their autopay was still wrong and it won’t be refunded but just credited toward the next month. Whoever that guy is who answers for accounting needs to be fired. Horrible attitude, snarky, and was wrong in our billing situation. Dude needs to find a new job. I’ve never thought about litigation before but if they can’t get their billing correct I see it in my future.
