I don't normally post reviews, but Brad Dang was above and beyond a great realtor. He helped to sell my parent's condo and took care of coordinating electrician, plumber, plasterer and other guys to help fix issues. He took care of everything and made it easy for me. He was great in negotiating and doing the tons of paperwork. Brad worked 24/7 and was always available and super responsive. I would highly recommend Brad to help you sell or buy a house or condo. I think Brad did much more of the leg work than other realtors. He staged the condo, took photos, and did the marketing. He did everything to help sell it quickly at a good price. That's saying a lot when the market is down.
