Total Management Systems

Celina Palacios from Total Management Systems is the general manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Gallup. I had the most horrible experience attempting to check into this Hilton yesterday and this was a result of bad management. The service there was garbage, which is fitting because the room reeked like a decomposing hockey player's jockstrap, with fragrances of a syphilic yeast infection dipped in a public toilet on a hog farm. Literally. I checked into the most expensive hotel room in Gallup, the jacuzzi suite, room 415, and I when I opened the door I immediately gagged and called the front desk and spoke with Yonnie. She then sent her "environmental guy," who inspected the room, was aghast at the smell, and he emphatically told us to "get out," that he had health concerns preventing us

They don’t answer there calls all 9 or 10 ppl that are mentioned to call no pick up. I’ve been calling for help from the company and sent out an email as well.
