Toscana at Sonterra

Honestly. Best apartments I’ve stayed at so far. Mikey has been incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The staff is very engaging and caring to the community. They’re always quick to tend to our needs. The office staff is amazing. And the maintenance crew is fast acting. Appreciate yall and what yall do!!

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Michael at TOSCANA at SONTERRA & I commend him highly on his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Without hesitation, Michael went gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly for myself and other staff and tenants. He listens to tenants needs. Whether it’s assisting with maintenance concerns, offering helpful information, or simply making you feel welcome, Michael is someone who elevates the entire living experience at this complex. In a time when great service can be hard to come by, Michael stands out as a shining example of commitment and integrity. The apartment community is lucky to have him, and I’m grateful to have crossed paths with him.

Since day one, the staff has been super kind and welcoming. We had a couple small issues after moving in but George fixed everything right away, even coming out late to help with our AC at one point. Diana and Mike are always so sweet and helpful too. All of the staff are super amazing! My friends and I really love living here and couldn’t be happier with our experience! :)

A Great place to consider living at and to call home! The Management team at the leasing office are great! The Community Manager Mickey is very helpfull! Thank you for helping my son promot his business. P.S The staff there are polite and helpful and to add the Mantaince staff (George) and others are cool and work hard to fix your issues. Recently moved in to Toscana, and as others have mentioned the “make ready” process wasn’t great. There were several things I brought to managements attention that may have fell through the cracks and got overlooked, stuff happens, I get it. I ran into George, the maintenance department manager, and asked about the status of my requests. He searched for the request, apologized for the delay and had the door fixed within that same week. Huge shoutout to George and Kenny for the quick turnaround getting the work done in the promised timeframe!
