Torrey Pines Village Apartments

I want to thank all the staff who made it possible for my son to live here. All the staff are just amazing and very friendly. They made the experience awesome! I feel really good having my son live here plus it is closed to his school. The place is very nice and quiet and the apartment is nice looks great. The building is fabulous, safe and secured. Great location near UTC mall and convenient. The building is a little old, but neat and clean. Quiet community with pool. Managers are friendly and response to repair request is fast.

I lived in Torrey Pines village for 3 years and it was a wonderful place to live. The staff is kind and responsive. Blanca was always available to help in any situation (truly the best community manager I have ever interacted with). The apartments are nice, spacious and very affordable. It's also a great location - central to everything in San Diego and right next to the UTC mall (which has been recently renovated and it's incredible!). I needed to move out to be closer to my job, but I wish I could have stayed. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking. It doesn't get any better than this!

I've been living at Torrey Pines for several years by now and I love it. The location is great; right next to the UTC mall and now the Trolley. My unit has great canyon views...I have the best of both worlds. The complex is quiet, gated and secure. The management team is the best! Specially Blanca and Cesar. They are very professional and very friendly. They always respond promptly to any needs or repairs I might need. I'm very happy living here and I highly recommend it.

FABULOUS from the first contact. Indira and Bianca both treated me like a VIP and yet made me feel like family. I wanted to move in by Thanksgiving so Indira was on top of her game by keeping me updated with my application and navigating the whole move in process online and in person too. Bianca went way out of her way by staying late the day before Thanksgiving to finalize everything and get me moved in by the Holiday. YES I LOVE it here at Torrey Pines Village. I believe this is the only community in the area where the one bedroom loft apartment design is to where there is noone above you or below you.
