Update to respond to Nada: I did my best to give an unbiased review and did make sure to note on your promptness in cancelling our contract. As I was only able to review the work remotely in the pictures which were sent, it was impossible to see the lack of care in the work your contractors performed. I would not have been able to see several of the electrical-taped fixtures which were installed by your contractors. Regardless of if they are licensed, this is not up to NEC code and a potential fire and electrocution hazard. Saying the tenant always paid on time is a falsehood. The tenant was over two months behind at the end of our contract. I would hope that instead of taking a defensive position you would instead this review as insight to improve your operations. I just rented an apt and my experience was great. My application processed quickly. The guy at the showing was professional and answered my questions. My experience was nothing like what is veing described here. I will be moving in a property soon.
