Torre Student Living

I love living at Torre. The location is perfect—close to campus and everything else you need. The apartments are modern, well-furnished, and well-maintained. Amenities are excellent, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Carolina was especially great during the move-in process—super organized and supportive. Highly recommend!

genuinely so disappointed in my experience here and if you value your money, sign somewhere else. First off, everyone pays the same regardless if you’re given a window, so be mindful that your not guaranteed one when you sign. The elevators are ALWAYS broken and despite saying in other reviews that they were going to address it, they never have. You will wait on average 5-10 mins to go downstairs and because there is a single elevator working at all times you will then proceed to stop at every floor. The trash rooms aré disgusting and don’t get emptied often enough. People have gotten stuck in the elevators and they are not reliable at all. The wifi also sucks and the amenities are always broken, including machines in the gym. This place is money hungry; so overrated and overpriced.

I have seen a tremendous increase in the presence and diligence of security personnel this season, as well as enhancements to the security infrastructure. A great improvement to this very nice student housing building in west campus. Much better peace of mind for students and parents alike.

I am so disappointed of this place. The elevators are always broken, I was stuck in one a week ago and then one DROPPED a few floors a couple days ago. Our amenities are always broken. I paid so much money for a parking pass, and they towed my car. I have to pay over 500 to pick it up. They really suck. The trash shoot piled up and stunk up hallways up until they knew a bunch of parents were going to be in town for a weekend…. Their front desk people (usually students) are super nice but management is awful.

My roommate and I took a tour of the property with Gabriel Medrano and it was the best tour we've ever had. He was such a help and answered all of questions. He went above and beyond during the tour and we're looking forward to applying and signing at Torre. Definitely take a look at the property!
