If I could give zero stars, I would. These are NOT luxury apartments so please don’t be fooled. We were supposed to have amenities in May of this year but they are nowhere near being done but during this time they’ve managed to build 5 more apartment buildings but can’t even finish a one floor “club house.” The dog park is so small, only a few dogs can comfortably run around but only during the day because they have NO lighting around it. We HAD dumpsters in each parking lot but they took those away to have a huge trash compactor but then that breaks so everyone’s trash just sits outside (please see photo.) Nevermind walking around because yes they are dog friendly, but you’ll be sure to step in dog poop. Also, don’t be fooled by them offering a pool, it’s only 3 feet deep and maybe 15 fee

I’ve had such a positive experience living here! Its a new development, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed — it truly feels like home. The management team is responsive, friendly, and always quick to address any concerns, which makes day-to-day life easier. My cats are living their best life. It's very pet friendly. The neighbors are respectful and the community feels safe and welcoming. The location is also a huge plus — close to Walmart and many restaurants and shopping plaza's. The views and landscape are beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend Topograph to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and peaceful place to live!

We've lived here for almost a year now and have found all the office staff and maintenance guys very helpful. When ever we needed anything they were right there. As for amenities we'll being a new complex you must expect some delays and we get it. I have found the people living here all have been very nice and respectful.

We’ve had a horrible experience living at Topograph over the past 11 months. It is poorly managed with people in and out of the office. There is no amenities until 2026 is what the leasing office told everyone. The maintenance group has no idea on what they doing and are unhelpful. The app the use to pay your rent never works and is never updated. When you call the response time is at least a week before they call you back. I would not recommend Topograph to anyone.

GREAT DAYS at TOPOGRAPH Apartments!!! It's been almost 8 years since a motor vehicle accident left me paralyzed from the chest down. I lived in a Facility for two and a half years .Then moved into a very small apartment in not the very best neighborhood with my 11 year old Son and our rescue pup for the last five years. I learned of TOPOGRAPH from my Physical Therapist and I called to Apply. When I visited for the first time I thought how beautiful the Quality of my Life would be living in this Heaven on Earth. Let me tell you the Application process was very easy and there was no wait time at all once approved. A literal Dream come True that I still can't believe. I am up out of bed into my wheelchair everyday with so much space to breath. I now live in a Fully Handicap Accessible 2 Bed
