Linda Buckley should be avoided at ALL cost and her highlighting that she’s been doing this since 87 in bold indicated she’s stuck there; she’s not an agent for the current very fast demanding market / climate.we are currently in. She’s not up to date with tools and procedures of the current market I.e escalation clause “what’s that”. Her fragility will be shown if you question her or let her know your not happy with anything (like representing / answering for not bringing terms to the other party and not you the one who hired her) she will then accuse you of being ‘abusive’ rather than apologetic or seek to constructively fix the problem.
