⭐ 1/5 – DO NOT MOVE HERE Topaz Springs is DISGUSTINGLY roach-infested, and management knows it. They refuse to fix the real problem and just keep patching things up to shut people up. I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests that either get ignored or never properly handled. The manager and office staff are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional as hell. They talk to tenants any kind of way and clearly do not care about basic living conditions. Rent is never consistent—it changes randomly, and they overcharge with no explanation. You’re paying luxury prices for unsanitary living conditions, zero accountability, and staff who treat you like trash. This place is a scam. Save your money, save your sanity, and live literally anywhere else.

I was going to move in these but a week before I was supposed to move into The unit. They told me that the unit wasn’t ready so they ended up giving me another unit.The unit they gave me look like they rushed it. They were trying to give me a unit that had stains on the floor and tub. The flooring and door was damaged. I asks if they can fix any of those things they were like no the apartment comes as it is. I never Experience viewing an apartment and looking like that. I’m so glad I didn’t sign the lease and looked at the apartment before signing the . Will not recommend applying here.

I’ve already moved out, thankfully, but I want to share my personal experience here so other know how horrible this place really is. More than the apartment itself, this review focuses on the environment and community. The apparent itself was fine, but a bit pricey for it. One major downside is the location right next to a military air force base. And every random day of the week you would hear like 10 planes landing or taking off. They are so loud that they woke me up multiple times, and I couldn’t get back to sleep because another 9 more coming. The planes were so loud that sometimes it would make security sensors on nearby cars, making them to just beep and beep and beep repeatedly, all happening around 8-9 in the morning too. The place was an upgrade at lower cost from where we came from. Karen at the leasing office worked with us to make our move seem less and everything was ready for us on day one.

As a tenet here for a few years not the best but the event planner Jade Wesley is amazing puts on nice events for the kids whom which have nothing to do but walk around the bldg makes the kids there in a community and the girl can cook
