I have had a couple of issues since moving in to my place. And top notch has been very responsive and very quick to take care of them. I am in the property management Industry myself and I have to say that top-notch is so impressive. Very quick response and very quick to take care of the issues. Felt obligated to give them a five star review

Loved the house, it was the only reason we stayed. Top Notch was terrible to deal with. Between leaking pipes, backed up drainage to the street and moving in with an old fish pond in the back yard that we had to fill in and make safe ourself the reality company was very slow, unorganized and consistently hired contractors incapable of performing the work. On top of everything they kept 90% of our deposit ($3500!) Side note, there were many issues that we handled ourselves and paid for out of pocket during the three years in the house on Linbrook Drive under the understanding that we would be receiving most of our deposit. I can’t say they lied about it but they were absolutely deceitful in their practices. Overall a terrible company to deal with.

The only real-state management this agency needs is managing themselves. Highly unorganized. No communication. Prepare to hire yourself a lawyer if you hire these guys to manage your estate. Key facts to take from this: -Unresponsive to emails/phone calls -No peace of mind, anxiety-inducing agents -Unethical and totally unaware of California Law -Some nice and helpful agents. Too bad they represent this company

Andrey is very professional in managing our properties in San Diego. The rent we received from tenants are increasing every year. And we don’t have to worry much about the issue from tenants. They will inform us and help to find a solution. Thank you very much, Andrey and your team!

I was recently looking at renting a property, we viewed it and met Andrey in person who was very friendly and informative. We had some circumstances that caused us to be in a hurry and Andrey was very sensitive to our situation and went out of her way to assist.
