This Team continues to impress me! Going on year 4 and Sandy Bethune and her Team of professionals continue to exceed my expectations! My AC went out late last night and I was thrilled to come home feeling the cool air as I walked through the door tonight! I've dealt with many property managers over the years but never one like Sandy Bethune. I moved into my home in November 2017-many issues due to previous tenant neglect. Sandy was incredibly responsive each and every time I called-and I called a lot! Could not be happier with all that the Top Flight Team has done for me! Feel as though I've known Sandy for years! I have trusted Sandy with 4 of my properties (soon to be 5) for about 25 years. She has helped me in so many ways not only find the right tenants but maintain my houses in a more cost effective way than I could do myself (I tried doing it myself for years to “save” money but she knows who to call to get various maintenance issues done quickly and for half the price!). I would never change companies. They are THAT good. 😊

Amazing people! Kim does a wonderful job. Trustworthy, loyal, and easyeto be around. She is respectful and not rude like some property managers. She takes as good of care of her renters as she does the owners. If you are lucky enough to rent, have your property managed, sell your house, or buy a house from this rare gem, than count yourself blessed. She knows her stuff, works very hard, and goes the extra three hundred miles to get it done. I will rent from her until we are ready to buy from her, then someday have her rent out our extra house.

Kim helped me find a house for my parents a couple years ago. They were moving down from Washington state. We looked at a house in Plantation Bay and she got everything all set up within days since my parents were coming down and wanted a house to move into right away! There were a few takers but the owners decided to take my parent's offer cause they really liked Kim!! She went above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with!! Would recommend her and Top Flight Properties any time any where!! 😁

I got in touch with Top Flight Properties, since I needed a property manager for our vacation home in Daytona area. Kim was helpful and easy to communicate with. After couple of meetings we decided to use Top Flight as our property manager. I do not regret that choice, because these guys are on point, helpful and they take care of business. Really happy that I got in touch with and chose them, because they are on top of things. I do recommend them and we will do business with them as long as we need a manager in the area.
