Ms Sapp and her team made my rookie experience regarding real estate a very calm and painless trip. Signing numerous pieces of paper for a closing was a bit scary but Ms Sapp explained everything to me and took away my fears. She even came to my realtors office in Ormond Beach from Port Orange. The wire transfer cleared my bank without any problems as promised! The team was in touch with me with any questions they may have had prior to the closing and were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with questions I had!
