I live in one of their newest properties. Trinity Union in Euless, TX. I am very happy with the office staff especially Gloria she has been my rock when it comes to any issue ( which there really hasn't been anything significant) but she is a joy to see and always smiling and cares for our needs. I lived here since they placed the 1st brick in the construction phase and wow Tonti has built a great community.

It's been months since I moved into Villas of Spring Creek, and unfortunately, my experience with management is terrible. Brandon, the leasing agent, was very helpful and addressed all my questions. I chose this complex over others because of his excellent service, but after one month, experience not the same. I have never had issues with management anywhere else; at least they try to understand the residents' concerns, but not here. This is my first month, and I hope I don’t get much issues. Pros: The location is decent and the school ratings are good, but other than that, it's not worth the money. Cons: The apartments are very old and extremely noisy—you can hear everything from outside. The AC doesn't work well in the master bedroom, but it does elsewhere. You will frequently see spi

This is what you get when an out of state realty company takes over. Pines at Marston Lake in Colorado. So many changes and lapse management in such a small time frame. Been living in same apartment for almost 10 years, then it all went downhill with Tonti bought it a couple of years ago. Obviously they don't treat their staff good since the majority who were here for years up and left. Very clueless for snow management. Repairs? Good luck. Used to be great, now very bad. gave up trying to get our garbage disposal repaired. Air condition? Broke 3x the past YEAR and we told them last time it broke it was outside condenser and they didn't know what we were talking about nor cared. They have yet to replace the outside unit. Thank God our water heater broke before they took over the property,

I have been a resident at the lexington for quite a while and it has been a fairly stable. Recently there has been multiple changes to management and the new management has not been responsive. They want me to stay back and therefore one of the manager from the corporate office had promised to add a washer and dryer to the unit for free. The property manager is unable to make the call and provide it in writing. This has been a very poor resident service from what it used to be. Hope a quick resolution will happen.

Tonti Properties owns the complex my husband and I rent from. They continually demand more money without offering anything in return. The appliances are outdated. The interior has not been updated once in the five years we’ve lived here. There are numerous decisions that are made that impact our living situation without a thought that we reside here. There is no security and constant break-ins. They left us high and dry during the ice storm with no place to live. I highly recommend avoiding renting from them as they only care about what’s in their pocket. They genuinely are not concerned about you having a home.
