This apartment complex is basically a homeless shelter that you pay to live in. Tomball is actually a very nice town to live in but landlords like Tomball Ranch Apartments really bring down the neighborhood. Save yourself the trouble and look anywhere else for an apartment.

Avoid Tomball Ranch at all costs. I’m a disabled veteran who was forced to move out because my apartment became uninhabitable. My AC never worked the entire time I lived there, and every major repair request was ignored. When I spoke to neighbors, I found out my situation wasn’t unique—most of them had the same AC issues and the same neglect, so this is a clear pattern of slumlord behavior, not an accident. Management also tried to illegally raise my rent because of my service animal, which is an ADA and Fair Housing violation. The property often looked like a junkyard with debris and nails everywhere, adding to the danger. After I moved out for my health, they retaliated by falsely reporting that I owed rent, so I’m now reporting their ADA/FHA violations and false credit reporting. Thes
