Genuinely loved living here! Clean, comfortable and safe. The maintenance team is responsive and prompt. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional and helpful. When I moved out, I got my security deposit back within 2 weeks! Cannot recommend renting with Tom Tom Properties enough!!!

Lived at Wyndham Pointe for 1 year. Had no heat for a month in November & maintenance was unresponsive. Like many others, I did not receive my security deposit after move out. I filed a complaint in small claims court and won a judgment of double security deposit. More tenants should file for double security deposit when the landlord does not return it within 30 days (PA law) and help stop landlords like this.

We genuinely loved living at 46 east main st and found Curt to be a good landlord. The issue is we moved out of our apartment in June and have been trying to contact him since then about our security deposit. It’s upsetting really that we’ve called and emailed and haven’t received anything.

Rented an apartment from Curt for several years and always had a great experience, Maintenance always took care of any issues that arose in a timely manner. Would highly reccomend these guys, always a pleasure to work with and very responsive! They have a great website too!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Unprofessional, unresponsive, do not waste your time and money renting from them. Have been in one of their properties for almost a year and can not wait to get out!! This company is after one thing only - your money! They do not care about their property maintenance or landscaping or even tenants. I am even posting under a separate email they do not have on file because I am afraid of retaliation!! Check review here and Better Business Bureau before renting, decide for yourself.
