Be careful if you want to rent to from them they feel like it's okay to have a house with rats in it and rat poop inside the house The value of the house should still be $2,000 a month and there's no heat in the rats are there they want to rent you a apartment full with rats so good luck if you do run because they care more about the rats

My 70-year-old sister and I rented from Tom Saab in August 2021 a cottage on North End Boulevard in Salisbury. The owners of the cottage lived right beside the rental property. The owners told us we would get our deposit back if the cottage was as clean as when we received it. The morning we moved out my sister and I cleaned for 3 hours washing windows inside the refrigerator the shower stalls the toilets it was immaculate. Later that day Tom Saab Realty call and said you're not getting your deposit back because you wripped a television off of the wall. Now why would my sister or I rip a television off the wall and then clean for 3 hours. Tom saw Realty refused to speak to us anymore about it the owners refused to speak to us about it and we were told we were not getting our deposit back a

Wow, this is THEEEE realtor to find rental cottages in Salisbury and surrounding beach communities. Theirs is a family-run cottage business, and keeps careful care of the units. They have ocean side properties, and others which are only a very short walk... Here's a porch-front view literally from my bed this morning! Our family's been renting in Salisbury for decades. Had a bad experience with the intoxicated owner of the property, he harrased and verbally assaulted my mother over a parking space, (which was moved immediately) then continued to yell and be verbally abusive to the rest of the family in front of small children. Then when Tom Saab was called, he also showed up yelling at my mother, not helping at all. Just complain how he had to be called on his off day while he was laying on the beach to deal with this, at the same time he was claiming to be tough because he was from Tower Hill in Lawrence. She paid $1600 for a week and couldn't have family for Sunday dinner. Never again. Definately not treated the way he claims his office/people work. The intoxicated owner never even apologized to her. Ruined her whole week. Family was afraid to visit, e
