Tidewater at Salisbury Apartments

I cannot say enough how fortunate I feel to be living here. The entire experience has been fantastic. I toured the property about 6 months ago, the units go so fast when they become available, and was finally able to secure a unit with an amazing view. Tyler was super helpful throughout the application process, and Matt was so welcoming upon my arrival and made sure I remembered where everything was. This morning, I grabbed a latte and had my toes in the sand within 15 minutes of leaving my apartment!

Best place to live. Location is superb. The apartments are beautiful. Truly a dog friendly community. Belinda and Tyler take care of business in an expedient and professional manner. Rick, the head of maintenance, is absolutely awesome. I plan on staying here for a long time.

Tidewater at Salisbury is an exceptional residential community. I have lived here for over 4 years and am very happy with the quality of living provided by Elm Grove Management. The management led by Brandon and Sal and Eddie on rhe maintenance team make every effort to accommodate residents every need. Apartments are spacious, modern and well equipped. The convenient location, landscaped grounds, well maintained clubhouse, gym and saltwater pool are just a few reasons why I make Tidewater my home. In my opinion Tidewater at Salisbury is the best value in the area for quality, affordable seaside living.

Absolutely LOVE it here. Beautiful place, lovely location. Typically a quiet, respectful community. The staff at tidewater are amazing. If you plan to move here be mindful of the ignorant individual who rides a motorcycle in Building B. I have complained several times as he parks outside my window and below my apartment in the garage and revs his engine for several minutes before driving it around the entire complex before exiting. I have company this weekend — and individual who has insomnia and hasn’t slept. It’s a beautiful day so my windows are open and yet again this individual revs his engine outside my apartment and disrupts me and now my company.

I must say that I'm surprised by the negative reviews here. I've lived here for almost two years and I think the office staff and maintenance is wonderful. Whatever your issue, they respond to you on the same day, even if it's Saturday. We had a small crack in our wall due to wear and tear, they were there to fix it within a day of my calling, and they did it so well, you can't even tell it was there. Belinda is wonderfully helpful and very sweet. And they do so much for their residents. It's nice to come home after a long day and find a little gift from the office at your door. And you can't beat the location, living right by the ocean and being able to smell the ocean breeze at your window. Is it noisy sometimes? Well, it's a big apartment complex, it's bound to be noisy at some point. B
