This review is long overdue. We are so glad Tom Riccio was our realtor! We couldn't be happier with the service we received looking for and buying our new house. Knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and patient. In a hot market, Tom was quick to notify us of houses that met our qualifications even sometimes before they were listed. He showed us 14 or 15 houses before we found the perfect house for us. Tom never pressured us to buy and always pointed out the pros and cons of a house or location that can only come from an experienced professional. I'm a skeptic and I'm totally comfortable giving him my highest recommendation.
