Paul Pantano was referred by a satisfied client. Since my house was built pre-1900, he suggested that I get a home inspection prior to listing. We then reviewed the inspection, and he suggested which items would be worthwhile to repair and which to disclose. I really appreciated this approach, as I felt it gave potential buyers confidence that they knew the condition of the house when submitting an offer. I had an idea of the price I had hoped to sell my house. Paul did a market analysis and suggested we listed for higher than I had expected. It did indeed sell for that amount!
