Just want to give a shout out and say how great it has been working with Nancy Peterson. She did a great job staying aware of and being mindful of my needs and desires in a home. She didn't show me stuff I didn't want or need. She was always honest about the properties showed us. She was always on time or let me know if she was gonna be late and if I found a property I wanted to see she did her best to show it in a timely manner. She was an all around great agent to work with. Very nice person! Thanks

Nancy Peterson and everyone at Tom Peterson Realtors was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them! Nancy made our first home buying experience a breeze and actually enjoyable. She seemed to have an answer for everything and was highly responsive. She took our calls no matter the time or day. She probably showed us 20 houses! We also got a chance to work with Tom who was enjoyable to work with and extremely personable. We love Nancy and Tom and will continue to use them for any of our reality needs in the future!

Nancy Peterson was wonderful to work with. She was diligent in pursuing interests in selling my house. Because of this my house sold in less than 3 weeks. If you are looking for an agent to assist you in your purchase please do not do business with them. When my loan didnt pass underwriting Nancy stated my EMD was refundable and then wrote the contract to keep $1500 on a property that has sat for over a year. And when I asked to speak to her broker she very smuggly stated its her husband and shell see what happens. She has been rude an crasp during the entire process which is part of why I didnt fight to buy the property because neither agent was working on my behalf. Terrible experience for my first purchase. Dont do business with these people! Only to inform me that I was never a client and only a customer when she acted as my agent for 30 days and only withdrew herself when it was time to return my deposit.
