My family & I owe being able to rent a house all to Yolanda. From the moment I explained our situation to her to submitting the application to getting that approved phone call, I felt it was destined for me to call and get her on the phone. She just doesn’t know how grateful and appreciative I am. She got me and my family out of a place where we will no longer continue to get and be sick due to the health hazards that the landlord isn’t troubled by. She’s amazing. Awesome. All the best words you can use to describe someone who has changed the direction of your life. I have had a pleasant experience so far since Planes Investment took over as our new leasing agency/property owners. Kayla Lovett has been very helpful, attentive to needs regarding maintenance, answered any question I had, and made sure I was taken care of. She has been very kind and pleasant to speak with. Planes Investment has cleaned the complex up a bit as well. (Berkshire Village)

Ms. Yolanda was amazing! My experience with her was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! She works very efficiently and effectively! Any questions or concerns I could possibly have she answered them in a timely manner! She has a smile that can light of a room! I wish there were more than 5 stars to give her because she deserves them all!

Me and my partner haven’t moved into our place yet, however this process has been wonderful. We were looking at multiple different properties and Allie was definitely patient with us while we figured out which one we wanted. When we finally made our decision, the place we decided on had already been rented. However, Allie reassured us that everything would be okay. Then we were able to find the place we are settling on. Allie has been a big help to us and we appreciate her.
