I’m a natural skeptic so when Ronda reached out to offer me help in finding a tenant, I was cautious. From our very first meeting, all my worries faded away. 15/10 — she’s knowledgeable, assertive, communicative, and follows through on promises. She found me a tenant within 3 weeks (after I spent weeks looking on my own) and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend and will be using her services for any future tenants.

Ronda helped myself and some friends finalize a place recently, and we could not have asked for a better person to represent us throughout the process. In addition to being polite, always available and accommodating, she was great at documenting the place pre-move-in and keeping work for it on schedule. Even now after our move-in date, she continues to be available for us should the need arise. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Ronda. In August, I paid money to secure an apartment, but she has failed to fulfill her end of the deal. Despite being approved and paying the fees, she claimed that the landlord kept on delaying to fill out necessary paperwork, and therefore the move-in date was pushed back twice. Two months later, Ronda informed me that I could not move into the apartment because “the landlord and the current tenant extended their lease behind our backs”. Not to mention that she also was making up sob stories about how much the landlord was treating everyone else terribly and how she did not want to work for her anymore. Luckily, I had found another apartment on my own and outside sources confirmed that I didn't need to pay a single cen

Nice people here and especially Ronda Marie Tolliver. She is the best and professional too. She help us a lot on investment property. Highly recommended this sweet lady to all my friends.
